Sanepar (SAPR4) records MRL of R$ 9.0 million in SAINP contract

Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná – Sanepar (SAPR4) reported that, in a public session held at B3 this Wednesday, October 28, 2026, the envelope of International Public Bid No. 170/2026 was opened for an asset lease agreement, preceded by construction works to implement the infrastructure of the Integrated Water Supply System of Northern Paraná (SAINP).

The Bidding Committee declared the Águas do Paraná Consortium as the best-ranked bidder, with a proposal that resulted in a 3.00% discount, setting a monthly rental value (MRL) of R$ 9,031,100.05. According to the bid notice, the contract will have a term of 20 years and 6 months, including compliance with effectiveness conditions, execution of works, pre-operation and leasing of the assets.
