Banco do Brasil (BBAS3) announced that Carla Nesi has resigned from the position of Vice President of Retail Business, effective October 29, 2026.

The duties of the position will be performed on an interim basis by Francisco Augusto Lassalvia, the current Vice President of Wholesale Business, until the election of the new Vice President by the Board of Directors.
