Alaska Investimentos reported that the Alaska Poland Fundo de Investimento Financeiro em Ações reduced its stake in the preferred shares of Centrais Elétricas de Santa Catarina (Celesc), traded on B3 under the ticker CLSC4, to 14.79% on October 22, 2026. After the sale of shares, the fund came to hold 3,409,400 preferred shares issued by the company.
According to the asset manager, the reduction in the equity stake results solely from the execution of financial transactions, with no intention of changing Celesc’s control structure or management. Alaska Investimentos also stated that it does not hold any other shares, options, or swap agreements that generate payments based on the return of the company’s shares, and that the reported stake refers exclusively to the Alaska Poland fund.
