On Friday, October 23, 2026, Oncoclínicas do Brasil Serviços Médicos S.A. (ONCO3) and its controlled companies submitted a new version of their out-of-court recovery plan, replacing the document filed on August 28, 2026, within the scope of the ongoing proceeding before the 3rd Bankruptcy and Judicial Reorganization Court of São Paulo.
The company is seeking the adherence of unsecured creditors whose claims are covered by the out-of-court recovery and by the plan, totaling approximately R$ 5.7 billion, excluding intercompany credits, in a percentage higher than the minimum required under Law No. 11,101/2005 for approval. After the formalization of consents and the publication of a notice, there will be a 30-day period for objections to be filed before ratification by the competent court.
The plan sets out the means and payment options for the covered claims, including the replacement of part of the credits with new debt, extension of the amortization schedule, payment in kind through specific assets, specific conditions for suppliers that maintain an active business relationship with the companies undergoing recovery, issuance of convertible debentures (debt securities that can be converted into shares), the possibility of payment in the company’s shares, and a haircut in certain payment options.
According to the announcement, the plan aims to reprofile the financial indebtedness of Oncoclínicas and its subsidiaries, organizing and stabilizing their short- and medium-term liquidity needs and establishing a financial structure considered sustainable over the long term.
Oncoclínicas also reiterated that the out-of-court recovery does not cover obligations incurred after the filing date, including current operating obligations to clients, suppliers and other business partners, which continue to be honored in the ordinary course of business, and that its operations continue to run normally.
