Grupo Casas Bahia (BHIA3), which is under court-supervised reorganization, reported on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, that it had received the letter of resignation from Raphael Oscar Klein from his position as a member of the company’s Board of Directors and, consequently, from the advisory committees of that body on which he served, with immediate effect.
The company expressed its thanks for the dedication, contribution, and services provided by Raphael Oscar Klein during the period in which he served on the Board of Directors.
In light of the resignation submitted, Grupo Casas Bahia announced that it will, in due course, assess the reconstitution of the Board of Directors, taking into consideration the requirements and criteria set out in the applicable regulations, in its Bylaws, in the Board’s Internal Rules, and in the decisions of its shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 19, 2026.
