On Friday, July 31, 2026, the Santander PB 1 Ações fund, managed by Santander DTVM, reported that its stake in common shares of Light (LIGT3) went from 10.60% to 7.16% of the company’s capital. The position remains at 115,210,858 common shares, and the change results from Light’s capital increase, ratified and disclosed to the market on July 30, 2026.

According to the notice, the reduction in the equity stake occurred passively, solely due to the dilutive effects of the capital increase resulting from the conversion of all convertible debentures and the exercise of the subscription warrants for convertible debentures and of the subscription warrants held by bondholders, without any sale of shares by the fund.
