Net service revenue reached a record level of approximately R$ 10.0 billion in 3Q26, up 11.3% compared to 3Q25. All subsidiaries contributed to the result, in order of relevance: Movida, Automob, Vamos, JSL and CS Infra. According to the company, the performance reflects organic growth, the maturation of contracts signed over the last 12 months, discipline in pricing new contracts and balancing existing contracts, as well as an increase in the volume of vehicles sold.

Simpar reported consolidated financial leverage of 2.8 times in 3Q26, the lowest level since its IPO in 2010, an improvement of 0.7 turn in 12 months. The EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) LTM/Net Capex ratio stood at 1.6x in 3Q26, versus 1.7x in 3Q25, reflecting efficiency and productivity gains in the platforms built in recent years.

Among the factors behind the reduction in leverage, the company cites lower investment needs, the monetization of the Ciclus Rio and Ciclus Amazônia operations, with an enterprise value of R$ 2.1 billion, and the deconsolidation of CS Porto Aratu, classified as a discontinued operation as of 2Q26, whose monetization was announced in July 2026, with an enterprise value of R$ 1.8 billion. Simpar also highlighted capital increases totaling R$ 3.0 billion at Simpar, Movida and Vamos, in addition to the sale of a 5% stake in JSL to BNDESPar.

At the holding company level, gross debt fell 13% in 12 months, to R$ 5.4 billion in 3Q26, from R$ 6.1 billion in 3Q25, driven by debt buybacks in the secondary market totaling R$ 723 million over the last two quarters. Net debt dropped 54% in 12 months, to R$ 1.5 billion, due to a R$ 2.5 billion increase in the capital structure. The company also recorded a positive mark-to-market of R$ 61.6 million (R$ 40.6 million net of income tax) on derivatives linked to the capital increase, cash-settled instruments with no cash impact until maturity on September 6, 2027.
