Grupo Casas Bahia (BHIA3) reported this Friday, September 18, 2026, that Andréia Fernandes Nunes has resigned from her position as a statutory officer of the company. She will remain at the company performing her current executive duties as Executive Officer for People, Management, ESG, Corporate Communications and Foundation, now in a non-statutory capacity, maintaining leadership over these areas and ongoing initiatives.

According to the company, this change does not alter Andréia’s executive responsibilities, scope of work, or reporting line within Grupo Casas Bahia’s organizational structure.

The company also announced that Jackson Medeiros de Farias Schneider has resigned from his role as Coordinator of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee, while remaining a member of the body. As of August 28, 2026, the coordination of the committee has been carried out by Claudia Quintella Woods.
