Grupo Casas Bahia (BHIA3) reported in a notice to the market on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, that it received a communication from B3 that, since July 21, 2026, its common shares have been trading below R$ 1.00 per unit, in breach of the minimum price rule set forth in Article 46 of B3’s Issuer Regulation. The regularization of this situation must take place by March 1, 2027.

According to the company’s management, alternatives are being evaluated to restore the share price level in compliance with B3’s rules, with a commitment to take all necessary measures to meet the regulatory requirements by the end of the stated deadline. Grupo Casas Bahia added that it will keep the market informed about any relevant developments related to the matter.
