Tegma Gestão Logística (TGMA3) approved in a board of directors meeting held on October 22, 2026 an investment package totaling R$ 52 million, to be carried out through 2027, according to a notice released this Friday, October 30, 2026. The funds will be allocated to paving a yard in Pernambuco and expanding fleets in vehicle transport operations.
The first project calls for an investment of R$ 12 million to pave a company-owned area in Cabo de Santo Agostinho (PE), 12 km from the Port of Suape, with completion estimated for June 2027. According to the company, the new yard will increase capacity to meet demand for domestic vehicles and will support import operations for vehicles from Chinese automakers, which already account for almost 20% of national licensing.
The second investment, R$ 22 million, was approved for the purchase of car carrier trailers used in the river transport of vehicles between Belém (PA) and Manaus (AM). On this route, the trailers, loaded with vehicles and without truck tractors, are loaded onto barges between the two cities. Tegma reports that the increase in capacity follows the growth in vehicle sales in Amazonas, which have risen 48% since 2024, compared with an 18% increase in national sales based on 3Q26 figures, and will be implemented between the end of 2026 and throughout 2027, depending on equipment availability.
The third allocation directs R$ 18 million to expanding Fastline’s fleet of transport equipment, a business unit focused on logistics for registered vehicles, used vehicles and motorcycles, which together with the recently acquired Buskar.me posts net revenue of R$ 76 million. By June 2027, the company plans to acquire truck tractors, trailers, platforms and cages, the latter two aimed at greater operational flexibility in urban centers. The company emphasizes that expanding the own fleet is intended to strengthen operating safety and the ability to operate in new markets, while keeping Fastline on an “asset-light” strategy, with more than 70% of revenue coming from third-party freight.
Tegma stresses that all approved investments undergo return analyses, following the company’s cost of capital criteria.
