Winklevoss Capital Fund, LLC reduced its equity stake in OranjeBTC S.A. – Educação e Investimento (OBTC3) in 2026, and now holds 28,481,380 common shares, equivalent to approximately 19.43% of the company’s total common shares, after disposals carried out on September 14, 2026. Before the sales, the asset manager held 29,821,380 common shares, around 20.34% of the total, considering the 146,608,200 common shares outstanding after the cancellation of 22,000,000 shares on September 4, 2026.
According to OranjeBTC, the 20% threshold of the company’s total common shares corresponds to 29,321,640 shares. Winklevoss Capital also reported that the stake is held for investment purposes, with no intention of changing the company’s control or management structure, and that it does not hold any other securities or derivatives related to OranjeBTC shares, nor voting agreements or agreements for the purchase and sale of securities beyond those already disclosed.
