CVC Brasil Operadora e Agência de Viagens S.A. (CVCB3) reported that the credit rating agency Fitch Ratings affirmed, in 2026, the company’s National Long-Term Rating at ‘BBB(bra)’, revising the outlook from positive to stable.
According to the statement, the maintenance of the rating reaffirms CVC Corp’s credit profile in a scenario of greater pressure on the global tourism sector and on domestic consumption. In its analysis, Fitch took into account the refinancing of short-term debt, with a reduction in financial costs, and the expectation of a gradual recovery in business starting in the second half of 2026.
According to an excerpt from Fitch Ratings’ report cited by the company, “the rating reflects CVC’s good positioning and scale in the travel agency industry (...). The analysis also incorporates the expectation of maintaining healthy margins and leverage at levels consistent with the rating.” The full report can be accessed on the agency’s website.
