On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, WEG (WEGE3) approved the distribution of interest on equity (JCP, Juros sobre Capital Próprio) in the total amount of R$ 449,843,800.53, corresponding to R$ 0.107212121 per share, to shareholders of record as of September 18, 2026, subject to ratification by the General Meeting.
WEG shares will trade “ex-interest on equity” as of September 21, 2026. Payment of the JCP is scheduled for March 10, 2027 and will be made at the net amount of R$ 0.088450000 per share, after withholding income tax at source at a rate of 17.5%, except for shareholders who, by September 18, 2026, prove to Banco Bradesco that they are exempt from or not subject to withholding under applicable law.
In accordance with the company’s bylaws, the amount paid as JCP will be credited against the mandatory dividends, pursuant to article 39.
