According to the company, based on the information available and the assessment of external legal advisors, an outflow of resources is considered probable, although the timing and amount remain uncertain. The provision will be recorded in accordance with Technical Pronouncement CPC 25 – Provisions, Contingent Liabilities and Contingent Assets and does not represent an admission of liability or anticipate the outcome of the proceeding, which remains ongoing and confidential.

The subsidiary has been taking, and will continue to take, the appropriate measures for handling the case before the competent authority. Iochpe-Maxion also reported that it will keep monitoring developments in the case and will reassess the matter as new information emerges, keeping shareholders and the market informed of any material developments.
