Banco Bmg (BMGB4) reported on Monday, September 14, 2026, that it received a letter from shareholder João Annes Guimarães regarding the donation of part of his common shares, in line with his succession planning. After the transaction, the investor came to hold 14.581% of the common shares, 9.090% of the preferred shares, and 12.600% of the total direct and indirect ownership interest in the bank’s outstanding shares.

According to the notice, João Annes Guimarães donated 2,029,544 common shares of Banco BMG, equivalent to 0.490% of the total common shares issued by the company. The donation does not change and is not intended to change the composition of the controlling interest or the management structure of Banco Bmg.
