In the mid-afternoon of today’s session on B3, the Ibovespa was down 0.87% at 185,566.61 points, while shares of Taurus (TASA4) were up 5.80% at R$ 6.38 and Gafisa stock (GFSA3) was down 6.67% at R$ 0.28. Compared with previous updates, TASA4 pared its gains, which had already exceeded 9.0% at the start of the session, and GFSA3 moved into the list of the day’s biggest losers.
Among the top gainers in the session, in addition to Taurus (TASA4), were Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV4), trading at R$ 1.42, up 5.19%, and DASA (DASA3), which was up 4.91% at R$ 2.78. Next, Grupo Pão de Açúcar - GPA (PCAR3) was quoted at R$ 3.09, up 4.04%, and Dotz (DOTZ3) had gained 3.55% to R$ 10.51. Since the last readings of this session, TASA4 has given back part of its gains but remained the top gainer among the monitored stocks.
On the downside, Gafisa (GFSA3) led the losses, falling 6.67% to R$ 0.28, followed by Paranapanema (PMAM3), which dropped 6.06% to R$ 0.62. Três Tentos Agroindustrial (TTEN3) fell 5.61% to R$ 10.76, while CSN Mineração (CMIN3) traded at R$ 6.39, down 4.91%. Plano & Plano (PLPL3) rounded out the list of the five biggest losers at R$ 6.70, down 4.42%. Compared with earlier readings, CMIN3 deepened its losses and PLPL3 entered the list of notable intraday losers.
As a result, the B3 session continued with the Ibovespa in negative territory but with diverging moves among the main individual stocks, with TASA4 at the top of the gainers and GFSA3 at the opposite end of the ranking.
