As of 1:30 p.m. in today’s session on B3, the Ibovespa was down 0.73% at 185,819.61 points, slightly trimming losses compared with earlier previews. Among individual highlights, Taurus (TASA4) was up 8.46% at R$ 6.54, while Paranapanema (PMAM3) was down 6.06%, quoted at R$ 0.62.
On the gainers’ side, in addition to TASA4, Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) rose 3.80% to R$ 1.64, and Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV4) gained 3.70% to R$ 1.40. Bemobi (BMOB3) was up 2.78%, trading at R$ 27.00, and Americanas (AMER3) advanced 2.65% to R$ 5.04. Compared with earlier updates in this session, TASA4 extended its gains from 7.13% to 8.46%, remaining the top gainer of the session so far.
On the losers’ side, after featuring among the positive highlights in recent sessions, PMAM3 fell 6.06% to R$ 0.62, appearing as the biggest intraday decline. CSN Mineração (CMIN3) retreated 4.32% to R$ 6.43, while Plano & Plano (PLPL3) traded at R$ 6.75, down 3.71%, after recent news of its inclusion in B3’s IBrX 100 index. Armac (ARML3) lost 3.69% to R$ 3.65, following a statement about an AA-(bra) rating on its debentures (corporate debt securities), and Três Tentos Agroindustrial (TTEN3) dropped 3.60%, quoted at R$ 10.99.
Over the course of this session, the Ibovespa had already seen steeper declines, such as a 1.45% drop earlier, and was now trading down 0.73%, while TASA4 remained among the top gainers since the opening. CMIN3 stayed among the main laggards at different times during the day, holding close to a -4% move in the latest reading.
