In the mid-session update this Thursday, the Ibovespa was down 0.94% at 169,392.32 points, while Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV3) was up 33.23% at R$ 8.62 and Azul (AZUL3) advanced 10.83%, quoted at R$ 10.64. Among the decliners, Movida (MOVI3) was down 7.58% at R$ 6.10 at the same time.
Among the session’s biggest gainers, AZEV3 remained in the spotlight after the gains recorded earlier in the session, trading at R$ 8.62, up 33.23%. Azul (AZUL3) came next at R$ 10.64, rising 10.83%. Dexxos Participações (DEXP3) also ranked among the gainers, priced at R$ 7.40 with an increase of 7.56%.
In the same direction, Gerdau (GGBR4) shares were trading at R$ 25.49, up 5.81%, while Metalúrgica Gerdau (GOAU4) rose 5.16%, quoted at R$ 11.20. Both stocks remained among the top 5 gainers of the session, reinforcing the group of positive standouts in the intraday.
On the downside, Movida (MOVI3) was leading losses so far, falling 7.58% to R$ 6.10. JSL (JSLG3) came right after, trading at R$ 5.41, down 7.04%. Armac (ARML3) dropped 6.79% to R$ 3.02, and Enjoei (ENJU3) was quoted at R$ 6.44, down 6.67%.
Rounding out the group of the five biggest decliners, Simpar (SIMH3) fell 6.11% to R$ 4.92. Thus, by 12:25 p.m., Thursday’s intraday session showed the Ibovespa in negative territory, with standouts concentrated in AZEV3 and AZUL3 on the upside and MOVI3 among the main losers of the session.
