In the first trades of Monday morning (14), the Ibovespa was down 1.45% at 184,472.98 points, while shares of Taurus (TASA4) were up 6.30% at R$ 6.41, and MRV Engenharia e Participações (MRVE3) was down 5.75% at R$ 5.41, ranking among the main individual movers on B3 as of the 11:20 a.m. snapshot.
On the upside, in addition to TASA4, which led with a 6.30% gain at R$ 6.41, Gafisa (GFSA3) rose 3.33%, trading at R$ 0.31. Shares of Casas Bahia (BHIA3) were up 2.63% at R$ 0.78, while Bemobi (BMOB3) advanced 2.28%, quoted at R$ 26.87. Méliuz (CASH3) rounded out the list of the five biggest gainers, with a 1.90% increase at R$ 5.35.
Among the biggest losers so far, MRVE3 held first place, down 5.75% at R$ 5.41. Next came Cury (CURY3), which recently joined B3’s IBrX 50 index (a portfolio that includes the 50 most liquid stocks on the Exchange), falling 4.71% to R$ 30.32. Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional - CSN (CSNA3) slipped 4.35% to R$ 6.37, while CSN Mineração (CMIN3) dropped 4.32% to R$ 6.43. Cyrela (CYRE3), which has seen a reduction in Invesco’s stake in recent days, fell 4.20%, trading at R$ 24.88.
Compared with the opening of this session, when the Ibovespa was already in negative territory and BRAP3 appeared among the gainers while TRIS3 declined, the index remains in the red, now at -1.45%, with a new lineup among the day’s main highlights, marked by gains in TASA4, GFSA3 and BHIA3 and losses in MRVE3, CURY3, CSNA3, CMIN3 and CYRE3.
