Oncoclínicas do Brasil Serviços Médicos (ONCO3) reported that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 14, 2026, approved the election of Maurício Hasson to the positions of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Investor Relations Officer of the company.
Maurício Hasson has more than 14 years of experience in CFO roles, including a previous stint at Oncoclínicas between 2015 and 2016, and has worked in investment banks in Brazil and the United States. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from PUC-Rio and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
The executive takes office today, starting the transition process. Until this process is completed, Isaac Quintino will remain with the company and, after this period, will leave Oncoclínicas. Quintino has served as interim Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer since April 24, 2026, and has an eight-year track record at the company.
