As of the 1:40 p.m. update this Friday (11), the Ibovespa was down 0.48% at 187,371.91 points, extending the downward move seen earlier on B3. Among the standouts of the session, Casas Bahia (BHIA3) was up 9.59% at R$ 0.80, while Paranapanema (PMAM3) reversed into a 6.67% loss, quoted at R$ 0.84, after having appeared among the top gainers in earlier snapshots of this session. Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSNA3) also ranked among the biggest losers, with a 5.56% drop at R$ 6.79.

On the positive side, in addition to BHIA3, Gafisa (GFSA3) was up 5.00% at R$ 0.21 among the day’s biggest movers. Portobello (PTBL3) rose 3.66%, trading at R$ 1.70, while OranjeBTC (OBTC3) advanced 2.32% to R$ 7.50. Technos (TECN3) completed the list of the five biggest gainers at that moment, up 2.19% at R$ 10.25.

On the downside, in addition to PMAM3 and CSNA3, Americanas (AMER3) was down 4.17% at R$ 5.05, after having fluctuated among the negative highlights at other recent points in the session. Jalles Machado (JALL3) fell 3.80% to R$ 2.53, and Raízen (RAIZ4) dropped 3.57% to R$ 0.27, rounding out the group of the five biggest losers in this session as of the snapshot time.

Compared with earlier updates in the day, when Paranapanema was up 8.89% at the open and later showed a 6.67% gain amid a moderate 0.40% drop in the Ibovespa, the picture has reversed for PMAM3, which now ranks among the session’s biggest losers. As for CSNA3, which had previously been down 4.73%, its intraday loss widened to 5.56% in the 1:40 p.m. snapshot.
