CSN (CSNA3) clarifies sale process of cement division

Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSNA3) reported in a market announcement on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, that the news published by the Broadcast agency about a supposed initial public offering (IPO) of its subsidiary CSN Cimentos S.A. as an alternative to the divestment of the asset does not match reality and does not reflect the current stage of the ongoing negotiations.

CSN clarified that it continues to conduct a competitive process for the divestment of its cement division, which is in the final stage of negotiations.
