By 12:35 p.m. this Friday (11), the Ibovespa was down 0.44% at 187,442.99 points, in a corrective move after the opening of this session. Among the stocks with the biggest swings in the session, Paranapanema (PMAM3) was up 6.67% at R$ 0.96, while Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional - CSN (CSNA3) was down 4.73% at R$ 6.85.
On the gainers’ side, in addition to PMAM3, Casas Bahia (BHIA3) was up 5.48%, quoted at R$ 0.77, and Gafisa (GFSA3) was up 5.00% at R$ 0.21. Next, Portobello (PTBL3) gained 3.05%, trading at R$ 1.69, and OranjeBTC (OBTC3) advanced 3.00% to R$ 7.55, rounding out the group of the five biggest gainers in this early afternoon on B3.
Among the steepest decliners, after CSNA3, Jalles Machado (JALL3) retreated 3.80% to R$ 2.53, while Raízen (RAIZ4) lost 3.57%, quoted at R$ 0.27. Americanas (AMER3) slipped 3.04% to R$ 5.11, and Magazine Luiza (MGLU3) was down 3.03%, trading at R$ 5.76.
Compared with the opening of this session, when Paranapanema jumped 8.89% and the Ibovespa was down 0.78%, PMAM3 pared part of its intraday gains but remained the session’s top performer as of the time of the latest data. The index, in turn, showed a slight reduction in losses over the course of the morning, narrowing from a 0.78% drop in early trading to a 0.44% decline in the 12:35 p.m. reading.
