At the opening of today’s session on B3, the Ibovespa was down 0.78% at 186,790.23 points. Among the early standouts, Paranapanema (PMAM3) rose 8.89% to R$ 0.98, while Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) fell 7.27%, quoted at R$ 1.53.
On the top-gainers side, in addition to PMAM3, Recrusul (RCSL4) was up 2.50%, trading at R$ 0.41. Méliuz (CASH3) climbed 1.70% to R$ 5.37, after recent movements in the company’s capital structure. Casas Bahia (BHIA3) advanced 1.37% to R$ 0.74, while Dotz (DOTZ3) gained 1.36% to R$ 10.44, rounding out the five biggest gainers in the first minutes of the session.
Among the steepest decliners this morning, besides AZTE3, Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional - CSN (CSNA3) retreated 6.12% to R$ 6.75. Jalles Machado (JALL3) was down 3.04% at R$ 2.55. The units (a bundle of securities traded as a single package) of Sanepar (SAPR11) fell 2.76% to R$ 34.82, while Minerva (BEEF3) also dropped 2.76% to R$ 3.87.
At the start of the session, PMAM3 held the position of the day’s top gainer, up 8.89%, and AZTE3 was the biggest loser, down 7.27%, amid the initial flow of investor activity on B3.
