Bradespar (BRAP4) records STJ decision in Litel lawsuit

Bradespar (BRAP4) reported that on October 16, 2026, in connection with a Special Appeal filed by the company with the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), the reporting justice decided to overturn the ruling of the Rio de Janeiro State Court of Appeals (TJRJ) on the motions for clarification filed by the company in an indemnification lawsuit brought by Litel Participações S.A. The decision orders the case to be returned to the TJRJ so that the court may rule on the issues raised in those motions.

According to Bradespar, the decision disclosed in this notice is still subject to appeals by the parties involved.
