On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, Cosan S.A. (CSAN3) reported that on the same date it filed Form 25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the voluntary delisting process of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs, share depositary receipts traded abroad) from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

According to the company, the last trading day for the ADSs on the NYSE will be September 18, 2026. After delisting, Cosan will maintain its ADS program at Level 1, which will allow these receipts to continue to be traded on the over-the-counter (OTC) market in the United States.

Cosan stated that it will keep its shareholders and the market in general informed about the progress of the process, in compliance with the applicable regulations.
