Odontoprev (SAUD3), through its subsidiary Bradsaúde S.A., reported on Monday, August 3, 2026, that the Board of Directors has recorded receipt of the resignation letter from Mario Henrique Martins from the position of chief executive officer of the company, with immediate effect.

According to the release, the company was also informed that Mario Henrique Martins resigned from the position of chief executive officer of Grupo Orizon, which will now be led by Rodrigo Nisti Saad, who will take office as of the same date.

The new chief executive officer of Grupo Orizon, Rodrigo Nisti Saad, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a Professional Master’s in Public Administration and a Master in Financial Economics from FGV, in addition to executive education from institutions such as Harvard Business School Online, Yale School of Management, IE Business School and Koç University Graduate School of Business.

According to the release, Saad works in the areas of growth strategy, marketing, products, customer experience, medical intelligence, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the healthcare and technology sector, and had been serving since 2019 as CMO of Grupo Orizon, responsible for strategic planning, marketing, products, customer experience, medical intelligence and M&A.
