Irani Papel e Embalagem (RANI3) approved on Friday, July 31, 2026, as part of its Liability Management strategy (active debt management), the contracting of new debt transactions totaling R$ 750 million and the early settlement of existing debts that add up to approximately R$ 158.6 million.
The new transactions will be contracted with the company’s relationship banks, at a weighted average cost of CDI + 1.16% per year, a total term of 5 years, with a grace period between 24 and 30 months and no collateral. The debts to be settled early have a weighted average cost of CDI + 1.84% per year.
According to Irani, the negotiations extend the average term of its indebtedness, reduce the cost of debt, and strengthen the company’s liquidity position.
