Between October 20 and 21, 2026, General Meetings of Debenture Holders of the series of the 5th issue were held, in which the holders of all outstanding debentures unanimously approved the change in the payment dates of the amortization and interest installments scheduled for October 20 and December 20, 2026, postponing them to January 31, 2027.

The resolutions of the meetings recognized that payment of the installments by the new date does not constitute a default event or non-performance and does not trigger the application of late-payment charges, fines, or early maturity. The minutes of the meetings were filed with and made available to the CVM and B3 on October 21, 2026.

The company added that on October 21, 2026, it released a market notice regarding the update of its credit rating by Fitch Ratings, in which it provided context on the financial restructuring process and highlighted the constructive and consensual conduct of negotiations with its main financial creditors.
