Oncoclínicas do Brasil Serviços Médicos (ONCO3) reported this Thursday, July 30, 2026, that, while the request for court confirmation of the out-of-court reorganization plan filed on July 13, 2026 is pending, certain credits subject to this plan may not be used to pay in shares arising from the exercise of ONCO11 subscription warrants.
According to the company, the out-of-court reorganization covers unsecured credits existing on the date of the request for confirmation and that, on July 7, 2026, exceeded R$ 10,000, as per the list of creditors disclosed on July 13, 2026. These credits, when classified as eligible credits for payment-in as provided for in the notices to shareholders, become Classified Credits and cannot be used to pay in shares under conditions different from those set out in the plan that may be confirmed by the court.
While these credits remain subject to the effects of the out-of-court reorganization, holders of ONCO11 subscription warrants may continue to exercise their rights as usual, provided that the payment-in of shares is made in cash, in Brazilian currency.
Oncoclínicas also stated that it will keep shareholders, warrant holders and the market informed of any new developments related to the matter, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
