Bradsaúde (SAUD3) approved at a Board of Directors’ meeting held on October 21, 2026, the distribution of dividends for the third quarter of 2026, in the total gross amount of R$ 1,000,000,000.00, equivalent to R$ 0.3420595420 per share.
Shareholders holding shares issued by the company on October 30, 2026 will be entitled to the dividends. The shares will trade ex-dividends as of November 3, 2026, inclusive.
Dividend payment is scheduled for March 30, 2027. Shareholders with updated registration information will have their credits made available according to the bank account details provided to Banco Bradesco S.A., the bookkeeping agent for Bradsaúde’s shares.
Shareholders whose registration does not include a CPF or CNPJ, or complete banking details, will have the amounts credited from the third business day after updating their information at any Bradesco branch. For shareholders with shares deposited at B3, payment will be forwarded through their custody agents.
