Axia Energia (AXIA3) completed on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, the settlement of its 11th issuance of simple debentures (debt securities issued by companies), not convertible into shares, unsecured, in a single series, in the total amount of R$ 500 million. The transaction was carried out through a public offering exclusively for professional investors, under the automatic registration procedure provided for in CVM regulations.
The debentures are incentivized, pursuant to Law 12,431, and will pay interest semiannually, with no grace period, at a rate of IPCA + 7.9537% per year, considering the result of the issuance process. The issuance comprised 500 thousand debentures and has a total term of 10 years, maturing on July 15, 2036.
Principal amortization will be made annually starting in the eighth year, with payments scheduled for July 15, 2034, July 15, 2035, and July 15, 2036.
