OranjeBTC (OBTC3) reported that, in the period between July 20 and 26, 2026, its treasury acquired 6 Bitcoins at an average price of R$ 333,406.56 per unit, or US$ 65,742.12, with a total outlay of R$ 2,000,439.38 (US$ 394,451.71) and an average exchange rate of R$ 5.0714 per dollar. In the same period, there were no sales or repurchases of the company’s common shares, and it continues to have 146,711,433 shares outstanding, excluding treasury shares.

With the week’s purchases, OranjeBTC’s total reserves reached 3,918 Bitcoins, which represents 2,671 sats (the smallest fraction of Bitcoin) per share and 37,445 shares per Bitcoin. The company reported gross BTC returns of 0.15% compared to July 19, of 3.30% in the third quarter of 2026, of 16.57% in 2026, and cumulative gross returns of 19.36%.

According to the company, the treasury continuously monitors capital allocation alternatives to increase Bitcoin per share, taking into account factors such as liquidity, leverage, market price of the shares, and the mNAV multiple. In the previous week, OranjeBTC had repurchased around 4 million OBTC3 shares in an off-market private transaction at a price below the trading price on the exchange, a move it considered more efficient than directly buying Bitcoin under the same conditions.

In this reference week, the company assessed that direct allocation into Bitcoin once again became the most appropriate alternative, resulting in the acquisition of 6 BTC and an expansion of reserves. OranjeBTC reaffirmed that increasing its Bitcoin reserves and the amount of Bitcoin per share over time remains a priority.

The company also announced the launch of the portal bitcoin.com.br, described as a platform designed to become a Bitcoin hub in Brazil, bringing together a marketplace of companies and products in the ecosystem, market data, news, events calendar, calculators, educational content, and an encyclopedia about Bitcoin in Portuguese.
