In the preliminary operating results for the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), released on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, Trisul (TRIS3) reported that Net Sales (% Trisul) totaled R$ 465.2 million, an increase of 63.9% compared to 2Q25. Gross Sales (% Trisul) came to R$ 529.9 million in the period, up 66.9% on the same comparison.
In the six-month period of 2026 (6M26), Net Sales (% Trisul) reached R$ 857.9 million, a 48.9% increase versus 6M25, while Gross Sales (% Trisul) were R$ 963.4 million, up 46.7%. Contracted Sales (% Trisul), net of commissions and cancellations and including partner sales, amounted to R$ 465.2 million in 2Q26 and R$ 857.9 million in 6M26, increases of 63.9% and 48.9%, respectively.
In 2Q26, the company launched three projects, with a total General Sales Value (VGV, which is the project’s potential sales value) of R$ 602.9 million (% Trisul) and 729 units. The following were launched: phase 1 of Elev Anhaia Mello, in the Minha Casa Minha Vida segment, with 424 units and VGV (% Trisul) of R$ 126.3 million; Auren Studios Vila Clementino, in the compact segment, with 276 units and VGV (% Trisul) of R$ 103.1 million; and Atílio 870, a high-end development, with 29 units and VGV (% Trisul) of R$ 373.5 million.
Trisul delivered in the quarter the high-end project Península Vila Madalena, with VGV (% Trisul) of R$ 382.9 million spread across 324 units. The consolidated quarterly VSO (Sales over Supply, an indicator that relates sales to inventory), measured in VGV, was 12.5%, compared to 11.4% in 1Q26, while in the year-to-date 2026 the VSO stood at 20.9%, versus 25.3% in 6M25.
On June 30, 2026, Trisul’s total Landbank amounted to R$ 6.8 billion in VGV, considering on-balance and off-balance land, with 55% in the Minha Casa Minha Vida (MCMV) segment and 45% in the Mid/High-End (MAP) segment. The company also reported that it will release its full 2Q26 results on August 13, 2026, after market close, with a conference call on August 14.
