Marfrig Global Foods (MBRF3) approved, in a meeting of the Board of Directors held on Monday, July 20, 2026, the cancellation of 21,476,565 common shares, with no par value, that were held in treasury. The cancellation does not imply a reduction in the company’s share capital.

After the transaction, Marfrig’s share capital is now divided into 1,380,439,543 common shares, all registered, book-entry and with no par value. The company also reported that Article 5 of its Bylaws will be adjusted at a general meeting to be convened in due course to reflect the new number of shares outstanding.
