Randoncorp (RAPT4) reported that, starting in fiscal year 2027, it will stop disclosing consolidated net revenue on a monthly basis, concentrating financial information in the legally required quarterly reports. The last monthly release in this format will refer to November 2026, scheduled for publication on December 21, 2026.

According to the company, the decision stems from a review of its disclosure practices and reflects the view that quarterly readings of results are better aligned with its operating and financial cycle, reducing one-off interpretations of monthly fluctuations. Randoncorp also cites the concentration of information in audited documents and alignment with prevailing practices at comparable publicly traded companies in Brazil and abroad.

In line with current practice, Randoncorp released consolidated net revenue for June 2026 and the year-to-date figure. In 2026, net revenue came to R$ 919.6 mn in January, R$ 992.2 mn in February, R$ 1,161.6 mn in March, R$ 1,105.3 mn in April, R$ 1,053.1 mn in May, and R$ 1,160.4 mn in June, totaling R$ 6,388.0 mn for the period, with unaudited figures as of the date they were released to the market.

The company emphasized that historical and comparative data were adjusted to exclude revenue from the discontinued Delta Global operation and reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, equal access to information, and the maintenance of official channels for disclosure and communication with shareholders and the market.
