On Wednesday, July 22, 2026, Daniel Faccini Castanho and Rômulo Faccini Castanho informed Ânima Educação (ANIM3) that they increased their individual and joint stakes in the company after acquiring common shares, bringing their holdings to 15.351% (61,998,270 shares) and 10.142% (40,961,598 shares), respectively, and 40.401% (163,168,754 shares) of all common shares together with the other members of the controlling shareholder group.

According to the controlling shareholders, the share acquisition is not intended to change the ownership control structure or the management structure of Ânima Educação, and they also stated that they do not hold any other securities or derivatives linked to the company’s shares.
