Light (LIGT3), which is under court-supervised reorganization, announced this Friday, July 24, 2026, that the Bondholders LIGT12 subscription warrants will have their last trading day on July 27, 2026, both on B3 and with the bookkeeper. The suspension of trading as of July 28, 2026 aims to enable the determination of the base of holders for the mandatory exercise of these subscription warrants.

According to the company, after July 28, 2026 no new trades in the Bondholders LIGT12 subscription warrants will be allowed on B3 or with the bookkeeper until the completion of the mandatory exercise of the securities.
