On November 4, 2026, Navi Holdings Participações reached a 5.13% stake in the share capital of EZTEC (EZTC3). The investment funds managed by Navi now hold, in aggregate, 14,218,771 common shares of the company.
According to Navi, the transaction is a result of its investment strategy and is not intended to change the composition of control or the management structure of EZ TEC Empreendimentos e Participações. The asset manager also stated that no contracts or agreements have been entered into governing the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities issued by the company.
Navi's letter states that the stake includes common shares and/or other securities and derivative instruments backed by those shares. EZTEC disclosed the information to the market through a notice on the same date.
