Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) received new adhesions to its Out-of-Court Reorganization Plan, filed with the court on November 4, 2026. As a result, the plan now has the support of creditors holding claims exceeding R$ 4.3 billion, equivalent to 74.6% of the covered credit base.
The covered credit base, excluding intercompany claims (between companies of the same group), amounts to approximately R$ 5.8 billion.
The out-of-court reorganization proceeding is pending before the 3rd Bankruptcy and Judicial Reorganization Court of São Paulo and involves Oncoclínicas and some of its subsidiaries. The announcement follows the Material Fact of October 30, 2026. The company states that it will keep shareholders and the market informed of any new developments related to the matter.
