Radar reaches 10% of Iguatemi (IGTI4) preferred shares

Radar Gestora de Recursos reached, on November 3, 2026, a stake of approximately 10.75% of Iguatemi's (IGTI4) preferred shares. Investment funds and non-resident investors, whose portfolios are managed on a discretionary basis by the asset manager, now hold the equivalent of 46,812,600 preferred shares through the purchase of IGTI11 units (certificates that bundle shares of the same company).

Radar stated that there is no agreement or contract regulating the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities issued by Iguatemi to which the manager is a party.

The notice was sent by the manager to the company, which disclosed it to the market on November 4, 2026.
