JHSF Participações (JHSF3) announced the opening, on November 5, 2026, of the first Loro Piana store in Latin America, at Shopping Cidade Jardim in São Paulo. The store is located on the mall's ground floor and brings together women's and men's lines, accessories, bags and footwear, as well as a private space for personalized service. According to the company, the unit is part of the largest expansion in the development's history.

Shopping Cidade Jardim will receive approximately 3,400 m² of additional GLA (gross leasable area, which is the area available for lease to retailers), reaching about 52,000 m². In 2026, the mall has already opened Dior's largest store in Latin America, CJ Fashion, with about 150 domestic and international brands (including Fusalp's first operation on the continent), and Alaïa's first store in the region. The project also provides for the expansion of operations for Hermès, Chanel, Prada and Tiffany & Co.

JHSF says the expansion is part of its strategy to strengthen its recurring income businesses. The development recorded average annual sales growth of 20% over the last five years and an average occupancy rate above 99% in the period.

JHSF CEO Augusto Martins said the expansion "strengthens this integration" among retail, residences, hospitality, gastronomy and services at the Cidade Jardim Complex, and contributes to the growth of the recurring income businesses.
