Guepardo acquires 10% of Vivara (VIVA3)

Guepardo Investimentos reported, on November 3, 2026, that funds, portfolios and clubs under its management now collectively hold 24,030,600 common shares of Vivara (VIVA3), equivalent to 10.17% of the company's share capital.

According to Guepardo, the stake is not intended to acquire control of Vivara, does not seek to change the company's management, control structure or regular operations, and is purely for investment purposes.

Vivara (VIVA3) said it received the communication from the asset manager and that the information will be reflected in the company's Reference Form, which will be updated within the regulatory deadline.
