Movida (MOVI3) refiled its third-quarter 2026 (3Q26) earnings presentation, released on October 27, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The only change was the deletion, on page 20, of the reference to the "possibility of expanding the EBITDA margin by up to 1 p.p." (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization), attributed to the vertical integration of fleet maintenance into the company's own workshops, called Pit Stops. The refiling came in the context of an official letter from the CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission).
According to the company, the reference concerned the isolated effect of a cost-reduction initiative, with no value or range of values for the metric and no verification period. For that reason, Movida states that the passage does not constitute an EBITDA margin projection, which depends on other factors, such as prices charged, occupancy rate and other associated costs and expenses.
The company clarifies that it discloses its projections through a material fact notice, which is included in item 3 of the Reference Form. Monitoring is carried out in the Quarterly Information (ITR) and Standardized Financial Statements (DFP) forms, in which the projections are compared with the results actually achieved.
All other information in the earnings presentation remains unchanged. The refiled version is available on Movida's Investor Relations website and on the CVM and B3 websites.
