Hapvida (HAPV3) announced on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, that the board of directors received a resignation letter from Nicola Calicchio Neto. He is stepping down from his position as a board member and from the committees he served on, effective immediately, due to scheduling conflicts.
Hapvida Participações e Investimentos said that no replacement for the board seat is planned at this time. Management and the controlling shareholders thanked Nicola for his contributions and wished him success.
The chairman of the board of directors, Jorge Pinheiro, said the departure is "an isolated move, with no expectation of further changes to the composition of the Board." According to him, the company has "a diverse body that brings together different experiences and perspectives."
