The warrants were issued in the capital increase of R$ 26,253,123.59, approved by the Board of Directors on November 25, 2024. In that transaction, 2,963,106 subscription warrants were issued, granted as an additional benefit to subscribers of each new share.

Holders with warrants held in custody at B3 must declare their intention to exercise from December 1 to 29, 2026, through their custody agent. For warrants held with the bookkeeping agent, the deadline is December 30, 2026. Payment must be made in Brazilian currency. Those with warrants held with the bookkeeping agent must contact customer service at +55 (11) 3383-3445 or by email at [email protected] and send signed correspondence with proof of payment and documents proving signing authority. The exercise is irrevocable and irreversible.

After the period, the Board of Directors will meet to approve the capital increase, within the authorized capital. The meeting will not be held if there is no exercise. The shares will be credited on a date to be announced in a new notice. They will have the same rights as existing shares, including dividends and JCP (Interest on Equity) that may be declared.

Five more exercise periods remain: March, June, September and December 2027, and March 2028. Warrants not exercised in these periods will automatically expire after the thirteenth period, in March 2028.
