At the opening of today’s B3 session, the Ibovespa was down 1.21% at 167,130.69 points, around 10:15 a.m. Among the early movers, Biomm (BIOM3) was up 1.12% at R$ 5.41, while Grupo GPS (GGPS3) was down 1.62%, quoted at R$ 10.34.
Among the top gainers at the start of the session, Biomm (BIOM3) was in first place, trading at R$ 5.41, up 1.12%. Banco BTG Pactual (BPAC5) was up 0.95% at R$ 19.13. Eternit (ETER3) posted a positive move of 0.71%, at R$ 2.84. Rede Mater Dei de Saúde (MATD3) advanced 0.68% to R$ 4.43, while Schulz (SHUL4) rose 0.48%, trading at R$ 4.15.
On the downside at the open, Grupo GPS (GGPS3) led losses, falling 1.62% to R$ 10.34. International Meal Company Alimentação (MEAL3) fell 1.39% to R$ 0.71. Helbor Empreendimentos (HBOR3) also fell 1.39%, quoted at R$ 1.42. Track & Field (TFCO4) retreated 0.80% to R$ 9.92, while Fras-le (FRAS3) traded down 0.65% at R$ 20.01.
Among the listed companies, Helbor Empreendimentos (HBOR3) remains in the spotlight recently after HBR Realty reached an 83% stake in the company in a Tender Offer (OPA) at R$ 2.73 per share, a transaction that meets the requirements for delisting and exiting B3’s Novo Mercado segment.
