OranjeBTC (OBTC3) carried out, between September 13 and 20, 2026, the repurchase of 500,000 common shares at an average price of R$ 6.3186 per share, for a total trading amount of R$ 3,159,300.00. After the transactions, the company had 141,689,980 common shares outstanding (excluding treasury) and held 3,950 BTC in reserves, equivalent to 2,788 satoshis per share.

According to the statement, the company resumed its buyback program after a week without trading in the market, amid increased liquidity in OBTC3 and daily volumes that, on some trading sessions, exceeded 5 million shares. A significant portion of this volume was attributed to new sales by the same major shareholder, which put pressure on the share price and widened the discount relative to mNAV.

As a result of the buybacks, Bitcoin per share has increased 0.35% since September 7. The Gross BTC Yield (gross return in Bitcoin) for the third quarter of 2026 reached 7.78%, while the 2026 Gross BTC Yield reached 21.69%, with a cumulative Gross BTC Yield of 24.60%.

The company stated that it continues to assess the allocation between direct Bitcoin purchases and share buybacks, directing capital to the alternative it considers most efficient for increasing Bitcoin per share over the long term. The declared priority remains to increase Bitcoin reserves and Bitcoin per share for shareholders over time.
