In the last week (September 14–18, 2026), PMAM3, OPCT3 and AZTE3 led the biggest losses on B3. Shares of Paranapanema (PMAM3) fell 38.71% in a week marked by the announcement that João Carlos Correa de Vargas reached a 27% stake in the company. OceanPact (OPCT3) dropped 17.60% after announcing the completion of the merger of CBO, with the issuance of 275 million shares, in addition to significant moves in the shareholder base, including an increase in Vinci Partners FIP’s stake to 21.85%, a reduction in Dynamo’s stake to 4.51% and BNDESPar reaching 11%.

Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) fell 17.39% in the week after reporting the termination of a share purchase and sale agreement (SPA). CVC (CVCB3) dropped 13.66%, having reported the assignment of a BBB(bra) rating by Fitch Ratings. Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV3) ended the week down 11.03% after announcing the sale of an asset for R$ 21 million. BRKM5, CMIN3, AZZA3, AZUL3 and RCSL4 also ranked among the week’s biggest losers, based solely on price changes recorded during the period.
