On Thursday, September 17, 2026, BNDES Participações S.A. – BNDESPar reported that it came to hold 51,835,314 common shares of OceanPact Serviços Marítimos S.A. (OPCT3), equivalent to approximately 10.92% of the company’s share capital. The new stake results from the subscription of shares as part of the merger of CBO Holding S.A. into OceanPact, a transaction approved in 2026.

According to BNDESPar, all OceanPact shares issued under its ownership are bound by a shareholders’ agreement executed on February 27, 2026 with other investors. BNDESPar states, however, that it does not hold controlling power over the company and that the acquisition of the shares was not intended to change the control or management structure of OceanPact.
